This afternoon I saw "Up" in Disney 3D! Last Friday, Chris and I went to the theater hoping to see it, but it was sold out for the night. I twittered about missing the movie, and I guess Boney saw my tweet, because I got a text from him Sunday, inviting me to come with him and Jason to see the movie. Although the ticket was $11, I thought the movie was really cute! And the 3D-ness was cool too! There were moments in the movie where the three of us looked at each other and had to ask if this really was a Disney movie! "Up" was depressing, funny, action-packed, and heartwarming. There were actually a couple of WTF moments! I got a little teary-eyed at one point, and there were times where I laughed for quite a while.
Outside the theater there was a bin where we were supposed to put our 3D glasses after the movie, but the three of us decided to keep them. They're really cool looking!
